CALL FOR PAPER
Annual Survey of Allahabad Law invites original and unpublished manuscripts from scholars, researchers, academicians, and legal professionals. Submissions must not be under consideration by any other publication. Authors are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review the terms and conditions to ensure compliance and avoid rejection of their manuscripts. The editorial board evaluates submissions through four key filters, as detailed in the submission guidelines below.
Scope of Submission
Any topic related to law, polity, administration, human rights, and good governance. Submissions may cover a wide range of themes, but are not limited to the above discourses.
Categories of Manuscripts
- Short Research Articles: 4,500 – 6,000 words
- Long Research Articles: 6,001 – 10,000 words
- Case Comments: 1,000 – 2,000 words
- Book Review: 1,000 - 1,500 words
Each manuscript must be accompanied by an abstract (not exceeding 250 words) and relevant keywords.
CO-AUTHORSHIP POLICY
Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors per manuscript. Separate e-certificates will be issued to each contributing author upon publication.
SUBMISSION & PUBLICATION SCHEDULE
• Manuscript Submission (Last Date): Till 30th March [every Year] for this Publication.
• Review Results (Acceptance/Rejection) Communication: 30th April [every Year]
• Final Submission of Paper (if Review required): 20th May [every Year]
• Manuscript Publication: Within 30 working days after final submission.
• Disposal of E-Certificate to registered E-Mail of Author: Within 20 working days, after the publication.

A. General Guidelines for Author(s)
- Submissions must be original and authored solely by the contributor(s). The manuscript must be written in English and should not be under consideration elsewhere. Authors are advised to carefully read the Copyright Policy prior to submission.
- Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate rejection. Authors should consult the Plagiarism Policy before submitting their work.
- The maximum acceptable similarity index is 15%. The journal employs Turnitin software to conduct plagiarism checks.
- A plagiarism report must be submitted along with the manuscript.

B. Format of Manuscript
- The first page of the manuscript should include the title of the paper, the author’s name, and institutional affiliation, followed by an abstract not exceeding 250 words. From the second page onward, the manuscript should begin with the title only, without any author identification.
- Manuscripts must be submitted in MS Word format using Times New Roman, font size 12, and 1.5 line spacing. The document should be plain, without any borders, graphics, or decorative elements.
- The word limit for the research manuscript must be adhered to as specified (including footnotes, endnotes, and references).
- Citation Style: All references, footnotes, and endnotes must follow a uniform citation format, either APA or Bluebook (21st Edition).

B. Format of Manuscript
After submission, the manuscript will first undergo formatting review. If it meets formatting standards, it will proceed to the plagiarism check. Only manuscripts that pass the plagiarism check will advance to the Peer Review stage.

C. Peer Review Process
- The journal follows a peer review system, ensuring the anonymity of both reviewers and authors throughout the evaluation process.
- Authors must ensure that citations and references are accurate and that the manuscript does not contain any copyright-infringing material.
- The Editorial Board and Peer Reviewers reserve the right to edit or suggest modifications to the manuscript to uphold the academic quality and standard of the journal.
- Authors will receive notification of acceptance or rejection after the review process is complete.
- If revisions are required, the reviewer’s comments will be shared with the author for necessary amendments.
- Authors are expected to adhere strictly to submission deadlines and timelines as communicated.
